Max Moreno, VP of Water Conservation

Max Moreno has been professionally managing high-level projects in Southern California for over 15 years. He is a certified Water Manager Expert through the California Landscape Contractors Association (CLCA) and holds additional certifications as a Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor and Qualified Water Efficient Landscaper and trainer. Moreno is proficient in smart watering systems and horticulture practices and has led the management, training, and implementation of various water efficiency programs for Southern California residents. Prior to Harvest Landscape, Moreno was Director of Water Conservation and held the title of Process Engineer, which included the implementation of company-wide web-applications for a landscape company. He has a background in computer sciences and horticulture with an emphasis on irrigation and water management. Moreno graduated with a BS in Applied Horticulture and Horticulture Operations from California Polytechnic State University of San Luis Obispo.

After graduating from the University of Northern Colorado in 1999, Ben started working with WeatherTRAK in 2004 when he was still an Irrigation Tech in Denver, Colorado. In 2006 he began working for HydroPoint as a WeatherTRAK Product Specialist and began training other contractors and irrigation nerds how to be successful using the WeatherTRAK System. In 2012 Ben began as the HydroPoint Training Manager and oversees all forms of customer training, including live training events, On Demand training content for YouTube and LearnUpon, as well as weekly training webinars.
