The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will own and grow Channel sales throughout Southern California, managing a well-established territory that includes distributors, landscape contractors, architects, designers, municipalities, and education-sector customers.

Senior Electronics Technician
Position Summary: The primary objective of this position is to analyze and repair customer RMAs in a timely manner, monitoring trends, provide reporting data . Position will also support the production line, repairing PCAs, building PCA’s, as well as a mixture of hardware & software tasks within the manufacturing department. Additionally, tech will also assist the engineering department with prototype PCA builds, schematic updates etc. Responsibilities include maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all electronic-, electrical, and computer-based equipment.

Manufacturing Test Engineer
Position Summary: The Test Engineer supports manufacturing and operations through hands-on build support, test execution, and process development for UL‑certified hardware products. This role is focused on increasing manufacturing capacity by providing strong floor-level excution, test support, documentation ownership, and continuous process improvement.
This position is well suited for an early‑career to intermediate engineer with prior manufacturing or hardware experience who is comfortable operating independently on the production floor while working under the direction of senior engineers.
