Job Title: Technical Support Specialist – Tier 1

Position Summary: We are currently searching for a motivated and customer-oriented Tier 1 Technical Customer Support Specialist to fill an onsite, office-based support position. The primary objectives of the Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist are to develop and maintain a thorough and complete knowledge of all HydroPoint products (including, but not limited to WeatherTRAK, WaterCompass, and Baseline Product lines) in order to provide an exceptional level of support to HydroPoint customers, distributors, and specifiers. A successful Tier 1 Technical Customer Support Specialist will have the ability to quickly identify a customer’s need, provide timely solutions, and communicate those solutions to the customer in order to maximize customer satisfaction.

Job Title: Senior Accountant

Position Summary: This position is a critical part of the accounting department and is a hands-on position responsible for accuracy and integrity of financial transactions. It focuses on supporting the accounting operation of Baseline, a subsidiary of Hydropoint. Duties include the daily processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable transactions & collections. It also involves monthly closing, payroll processing and audit support.

Job Title: System / Network Administrator (IT Generalist)

Position Summary: Plays an important role in the organization by performing several tasks related to Hydropoint’s information technology functions. Under general direction, the role is responsible for acting as a contact for technical assistance with hardware or software and to be involved helpdesk activities/administration in an Office 365 and Microsoft Windows environment. Additional responsibilities include server administration, light networking, and application support activities. Experience with AWS cloud computing, IT Security, VMware, and Linux are a plus.
