Job Title: Account Manager – Enterprise
Position Summary: HydroPoint is seeking a full-time Enterprise Account Manager. The Account Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Sales with dotted lines to a team Enterprise Accounts Execs who will help to drive some of the day-to-day priorities. The Account manager will partner with the sales team to manage existing and new accounts and drive customer expansion sales including renewals, upsell, and cross-selling. The Account Manager will be both a customer-facing resource and relationship manager as well as the internal connection between the outside sales team needs and interdepartmental resources (ie. training, marketing, and customer success). This individual will work closely with the Sr. Director of Sales to achieve individual and team Sales goals and milestones. The position has a competitive base salary as well as a monthly commission based on individual and team sales goals. Job Title: Intern – Data Analyst
Position Summary: HydroPoint is seeking a Data Analyst 1 to contribute toward the daily operation, development, and optimization of the Hydro-Analytics Team, supporting analysis and reporting for HydroPoint products and services, including WeatherTRAK, WaterCompass, and HydroPoint Performance Management (HPM). This person will have the intellectual curiosity to solve problems, make and describe good assumptions, communicate well with colleagues, provide needed customer-facing support to Sales and Customer Success, and partner with Engineering and Product teams to help develop and define new solutions that are organizationally relevant.
Job Title: Intern – Data Entry Associate
Position Summary: This position will support the Hydro-Analytics team, which provides water savings analysis and related outputs to Customer Success and Sales team. The primary role will be to provide ongoing data capture from utility bill data and occasional geo-spatial mapping, as well as participate in other data processing, initiatives, and projects based on the priorities provided by the Director of Hydro-Analytics.
