Job Title: Account Manager – Enterprise

Position Summary: HydroPoint is seeking a full-time Enterprise Account Manager. The Account Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Sales with dotted lines to a team Enterprise Accounts Execs who will help to drive some of the day-to-day priorities. The Account manager will partner with the sales team to manage existing and new accounts and drive customer expansion sales including renewals, upsell, and cross-selling. The Account Manager will be both a customer-facing resource and relationship manager as well as the internal connection between the outside sales team needs and interdepartmental resources (ie. training, marketing, and customer success). This individual will work closely with the Sr. Director of Sales to achieve individual and team Sales goals and milestones. The position has a competitive base salary as well as a monthly commission based on individual and team sales goals. Job Title: Lead Business Development Representative

Position Summary: If you are looking for an exciting career with a company that is making a difference in the world and truly cares about their employees as much as their customers, HydroPoint may be the place for you. HydroPoint is seeking a full-time Business Development Lead to support the success of our Business Development Team while achieving sales goals of their own, leading by example. The position is based out of our Petaluma, CA headquarters and requires in-office presense Tuesday through Thursday. Team members who work from home-office Monday & Friday must follow HPDS Work from Home Policy, examples of this policy include adequate internet service, a designated workspace that is quiet, ability to attend meetings in a virtual capacity, be available online and by phone for their scheduled workday minus rest periods and lunch breaks. Position Summary: HydroPoint is looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join our Professional Services Team as a Project Support Specialist to provide project related support for our Outdoor Services Teams, as well as technical support for our irrigation installation partners. Job Title: Technical Customer Support – Tier 1

Position Summary: We are currently searching for a motivated, (bonus if you are Spanish-English bilingual), customer-oriented Tier 1 Technical Customer Support Specialist to fill an onsite, office-based support position. The primary objectives of the Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist are to develop and maintain a thorough and complete knowledge of all HydroPoint products (including, but not limited to WeatherTRAK, WaterCompass, and Baseline Product lines) in order to provide an exceptional level of support to HydroPoint customers, distributors, and specifiers. A successful Tier 1 Technical Customer Support Specialist will have the ability to quickly identify a customer’s need, provide timely solutions, and communicate those solutions to the customer in order to maximize customer satisfaction.

Position Summary: HydroPoint is seeking a full-time Event Manager for event production for all of HydroPoint’s internal and external events including but not limited to: tradeshows, event sponsorships, custom events for external sponsors, customer fly-ins, partner trainings and corporate celebrations. Management of events includes but not limited to: complete event management, logistics, coordination and execution of site selection, vendor selection, securing food and refreshments, signage/branding, sales tools, travel accommodations, and anything else that will arise while producing top-notch branded events for HydroPoint. This individual will be a representative of and brand ambassador of HydroPoint, so professionalism, strong communication skills and the ability to be unflappable regardless of situations, are critical to this position.
