A graduate of Lehigh University, Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance & economics.

After 10 years in the Electrical Distribution industry, Charlie Gerwe started his own LED lighting company, working across regions and industries building a successful business. For the last 3 years, Charlie has been helping Redaptive establish itself as a leader in the energy and water smart-metering space with exception tenant engagement capabilities. His ongoing daily focus is helping Real Estate firms accelerate their sustainability initiatives to meet investor demand, engage with tenants, and market compliance regulations. Charlie obtained a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Oregon.

Ben currently serves as a Board President on two 501©3 non-profit organizations.
