The Baseline Fundamentals course is our most detailed training yet. Featuring live walkthroughs, the Baseline Fundamentals course covers basic system setup and wiring, sensor and accessory connection, and troubleshooting best practices. While the course is intended for new users, the lessons covers new features that weren’t available in previous courses.

Improved Offline Troubleshooting
You now have full visibility into every controller in AppManager, including ones that have lost connection, for even easier remote troubleshooting. Controllers that aren’t currently connected show a Disconnected status and can’t be selected for updates until they reconnect — with their existing schedule information still visible in Schedule Manager the whole time.
New Remote Updates and Cellular Management
We’ve made remote firmware management even more convenient. SubStation RV/CP controllers can now be updated remotely from the cloud, just like our other controller types – no site visit required.
Cloud Network Modules can now be updated remotely too, right from the Manage Firmware page using the new Controllers / Cloud Network Modules toggle. This makes site communications management a hands-free process for your Substation and FlowStation controllers.
