Position Summary: HydroPoint is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to help our customers (and the planet) use water as efficiently as possible.
The Customer Success Specialist will assist our Customer Success Team in guiding our customers through the customer journey by consistently delivering value through successful outcomes. Job Title: Technical Customer Support Tier 1
Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated bilingual (Spanish-English), customer-oriented Tier 1 Technical Customer Support Specialist for an onsite, office-based position. The primary objectives of the Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist are to develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all HydroPoint products (including WeatherTRAK, WaterCompass, and Baseline Product lines) to provide exceptional support to HydroPoint customers, distributors, and specifiers. Position Summary: HydroPoint is seeking a full-time Enterprise Account Manager with a strong Sales Engineering and Data Analysis focus. This role will report to the Manager of Account Management, with dotted-line collaboration with a team of Enterprise Account Executives who will help drive day-to-day priorities.
The Enterprise Account Manager will act as both a customer-facing technical resource and strategic portfolio analyst, leveraging data insights to drive customer expansion through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. This individual will play a key role in identifying high-impact opportunities based on ROI-driven prioritization, helping customers maximize their investment while accelerating revenue growth.
Additionally, this role will serve as a critical link between the outside sales team and internal departments (training, marketing, customer success, and product teams) to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing customer success.
