Your ROI Extends Well Beyond Water Bill Savings

Thousands of homeowners and businesses rely on WeatherTRAK smart irrigation solutions to automatically adjust irrigation schedules based on landscape needs and local weather conditions, leading to beautiful landscapes and superior savings.

WeatherTRAK® solutions offer quick paybacks and a superior ROI compared with other green initiatives, typically paying for themselves in months with just the savings from lowered water consumption.  While reducing water bills,  WeatherTRAK also lowers maintenance costs  and eliminates numerous overwatering-related liabilities: mold, cracked foundation, stucco rot, erosion, slip-fall accidents and worse.

What will I pay for a WeatherTRAK Solution?

The cost of a WeatherTRAK solution depends on several factors:

1. The Size of WeatherTRAK solution you need.  For commercial solutions, two controller options are available. WeatherTRAK Smart Water Manager ETPro2 (link) series can accommodate larger sites up to 48 stations, and provides more full featured access and stainless and powder-coated steel finishes. The WeatherTRAK Smart Water Manager LC (link) series provides a low cost alternative to light commercial landscape areas up to 18 stations, with a high impact plastic cabinet. For our residential customers, the WeatherTRAK Smart Yard Manager ETPlus (link) can accommodate up to 12 stations.

2. The length of your WeatherTRAK® ET Everywhere™ and WeatherTRAK.net Central (where applicable) service subscription.  Both residential and commercial solutions include the WeatherTRAK ET Everywhere (link) subscription, which provides your controller with the precise information it needs each day, eliminating the need for local weather stations and reducing your total cost of ownership.  Commercial solutions can also include WeatherTRAK.net Central (link) that provides central control, dashboards, alerts, analytics and reporting to help you manage the site more effectively and efficiently from any web-enabled device.   Subscriptions are pre-paid, and can be purchased in multi-year increments for discounts.

3. The utility rebates that may be available in your area.  Many agencies are encouraging products that help cut down on water waste.  WeatherTRAK Smart Irrigation solutions are approved by many agencies, who offer rebates (link) to reduce the costs to property owners to invest in smart irrigation.

4. The number of controllers you purchase. Volume discounts are available. Contact us for information.
