| Petaluma, Calif., September 23, 2004 - HydroPoint Data Systems, Inc., the leading provider of smart irrigation management solutions, today announced that its WeatherTRAK solution has been selected for the 13th annual Dallas Parade of Homes® Zero Energy Home, presented by the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Dallas. The Zero Energy Home, the parade's featured residence, is a demonstration project for the Department of Energy's Building America Program, which encourages fiscally and environmentally sustainable construction. Aquacraft Water Engineering and Management, a consulting firm based in Boulder, CO, selected WeatherTRAK for the Zero Energy Home, which features state-of-the-art, energy-efficient appliances. The WeatherTRAK solution was chosen because it provides accurate, weather-based irrigation that protects landscape health, conserves water and reduces wasteful runoff.
